constellation work
A constellation is a deep field of insight, a gateway to transformation. It is a space for encounter and creation.
experience, recognize, transform
For me, constellation work is alively path to depth.
It is a young phenomenon—actually only known in this form for about 35 years—and it isconstantly changing.
I have learned it over many years, developed it further, and passed it on.
And it is still changing.
"For me, constellations are not just a tool—they are a living space for experiencing possible transformation."
How does constellation work?
In a constellation , parts of a systemare made visible with the help of the other participants as representatives.
Systems can be, for example:
The current family – the current relationship
The family of origin, the relationship with parents, siblings...
The representation, recognition, and transformation of one's own emotional world
Furthermore, an unsolvable conflict within the team.
Or the connection between me and my True Self.
It can be a body constellation – of "illness" and recovery.
And...and...and...
The contents and forms of constellations are extremely diverse.
What has been working internally for a long time becomes visible externally. The experience of what has been experienced internally in the external space leads to deep insights and genuine transformation through images, words, actions, and renewing experiences.
This allows us to experience processes vicariously, even as observers, and thus find new solutions. Something begins to stir deep within us and is perceived as true, felt deeply.
This opens doors to a new, vibrant life.
Diagnosis and transformation
A list shows:
- What is happening right now
- What works
- What cannot be said, but can be felt
And it allows:
- finding the right place in the systems
- discover other perspectives
- recognizing the new before it is already there
- the solution lies in the constellation work, in the ritual, in living in the moment
You don't just recognize.
You experience.
And that's how transformation happens.
"What emerges in a constellation often has a deeper impact than anything that was previously thought analytically.
Where does this work come from?
Many associate constellations with Bert Hellinger's family constellations.
And yes—he and his students have done a lot of pioneering work.
But the roots go back further:
To the sculptural work of Virginia Satir.
To early forms of therapeutic constellations.
To the healing rituals of indigenous peoples...
It was then further developed by countless people such as Matthias Varga von Kibéd and others, who opened up completely new avenues through their creative work—especially in organizational constellations and structural constellation thinking.
Over the past few decades, I have intensively studied, taught, and developed this work—always mindful that:
This method is alive.
And it only lives if it is allowed to constantly evolve.
"Constellation work is a path—not a destination. And for me, it is one of the most profound ways to make change possible."
