Psychotherapy and Its Many Forms

The soul is a vast expanse. And exploring it requires trust, understanding, and tender openness…

Throughout the encounter, profound insights emerge, along with growing awareness, a loving connection to one’s true self, and ultimately, a natural transformation.

A broad field—the connection between body, soul, mind, and vital energy

What does the word “soul” mean?

"Psychotherapy" literally means "healing of the soul."

But the soul is so much more than “just” the realm of emotions.

It is also spirit, finding expression in a person’s body and energy.

Psychotherapy should really be called “the healing of the human being,” since it encompasses the whole person.

It also extends to the interpretation and shaping of the world.

In this way, “psychotherapy” is so much more than just the healing of a single person.

It radiates out into this person's entire surroundings:

– into the professional world, which becomes a calling

– into the private world, which becomes a true relationship

– a society in which a sense of connection and compassion is fostered

– into nature, which becomes an inner world

– in the shaping of existence

– into every aspect of human existence.

Psychotherapy is not about “fixing” a person so they can function again.
It is an ongoing process, a creative journey toward
deeper self-awareness
true self-confidence
genuine transformation, and
renewal of life.

FORMS OF PSYCHOTHERAPY

TRAUMA THERAPY:
Treats trauma and its consequences (known as post-traumatic stress disorder—PTSD) in a wide variety of forms:

– Through the recognition of trauma

– By reworking the timeline and redefining the experience of time

– Based on the work of Willem Lammers and Peter Levine, as adapted by me

– By processing experiences from one’s personal history

-…

to name just a few examples.

SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATION WORK:
The texts on constellation work describe both the different forms of constellation work and how they are used in individual or group sessions.
I would be delighted if you would check out the information there—thank you very much.

AWARENESS WORK:
In this work, we explore the difference between the learned “ego structure = survival structure” and lived consciousness. The ego structure is shaped by past experiences and thus creates patterns for the present and future.

These patterns manifest themselves
. in thought
. in “feeling”
. in action
. in behavior
. in the interpretation of the world

THROUGH AWARENESS AND GROWING CONSCIOUSNESS, PATTERNS ARE LOOSENED, THOUGHT PATTERNS ARE ERASED, AND SO-CALLED EMOTIONS ARE TRANSFORMED INTO TRUE FEELINGS. LIFE UNFOLDS INTO PURE JOY, TRUE FULFILLMENT, AND DEEP HEALTH OF BODY, SOUL, AND SPIRIT.

MEDITATION, BREATHING TECHNIQUES, AND HEALING WORK:
As modern science has now proven, meditation leads to inner peace and independent serenity. This ability is the foundation for the recovery and healing of our body, soul, and spirit. Meditation can also restore our energy and increase our vitality.

Breathing techniques and meditation can focus on different parts of the body and thus support healing processes.

A personal note:
Psychotherapeutic work, whether in individual sessions or in a group, arises from pure presence.
The presence of the mind is the foundation for change.
