Lectures & Seminars
Change begins when we reconnect with ourselves—and sometimes all it takes is the right impetus.
Impulses that bring about change
For many years, I have been giving lectures and seminars—in small, protected groups as well as on public stages. Each of these spaces is an invitation: to pause, to reflect, to feel—and perhaps to transform oneself a little.
What can you expect from a lecture?
For me, a lecture is not purely a format for imparting knowledge.
It is an impulse—an introduction to something deeper.
Above all, it is not a stage for know-it-alls, but a space for genuine communication.
I share what I have experienced and researched myself over many years—what I recognize as essential—with the people I accompany. And I try to convey this in a way that inspires them to reflect, to move forward, and to experience themselves.
The people in the room then decide freely:
This sentence touches me—I'll write it down.
This perspective could really help me move forward.
This impulse feels supportive.
And so the lecture becomes a lively space for resonance.
At the end, there is always aQ&A session—half an hour for questions. This allows what has been heard to trulytake root —in our thoughts, our feelings, and our everyday lives.
For example, I talk about:
- Health – not only understood physically, but in connection with body, soul, spirit, and energy –
- Consciousness – what it really means to live consciously, to decide consciously, to love consciously
- Relationships – how they can become lively, joyful, and honest again
- Education & young people – how we can provide mindful support without overwhelming them
- Addiction & inner emptiness – and how we find new ways to stay alive
- Finding common solutions —in families, teams, relationships, schools
Every lecture comes alive because it is not only heard, butexperienced.
I work with a clear structure: a brief input—a piece of self-awareness—a question—a small sequence of solutions—and then another impulse.
This is how thinking, feeling, and acting flow into one another.
The days are intense, meaningful—and full of lively movement.

Public evenings & intimate groups
I hold some lectures in public spaces—accessible to everyone.
Others take place on a smaller scale: in my practice, with a maximum of 20 people.
There, things can get more personal. There, a space is created for genuine questions and engagement.
Many participants experience a lecture as an introduction to more in-depth work:
A seminar. A training course. A retreat.
Perhaps you would like to just listen at first. And then feel what calls to you.
Here you will find the first topics and dates!
Seminars – depth in action
A seminar is more than just a weekend. It is a space where change can happen.
For example:
- 4-day seminar on couple relationships
How can I reconnect in an honest, lively way?
How can I rediscover intimacy? How can I show myself without hurting anyone? - Seminars on raising and supporting young people
How can I cope with stress? How can I support without dominating? What do children really need? - Themed seminars on addiction, closeness, boundaries, presence, change
Always based on scientific principles, but above all: tangible, accessible, and applicable.
Seminars as a transition to deeper work—such as retreats or individual coaching

From idea to experience
One format that we are currently offering more frequently is the tiered structure:
- A short introductory lecture (e.g., 4 hours)
- Followed by a seminar lasting several days to deepen your knowledge
- And finally—for those who want to go further—a retreat
This allows everyone to feel deep down:What do I really need? And am I ready to commit myself?
