I am simply beyond grateful for the week I spent with you all at Pöllauberg.
My life feels challenging, blessed, and deeply grateful. What I have heard and experienced, along with all the gifts to the soul, is ever-present. The work seems never-ending, BUT compared to before, it doesn’t immediately make one feel “dizzy.” That sense of powerlessness has given way to self-observation and self-awareness. Some negative beliefs have been replaced by new, more positive ones.
During arguments or encounters, my heart and mind remain calmer, yet no less moved—and for that I am very grateful. My reflections feel “more genuine,” so I feel more confident, take responsibility for my actions and words, and even my laughter and radiance are returning…
I’m really looking forward to our “working group—peer group,” and I’m very aware of how important it is. Daily meditation also gives me strength and brings me peace, and my sense of self is blossoming.
We were given very helpful explanations and hands-on practice. I’m already looking forward to the guided meditations. 🙂
